Take Steps, Be …

Take Steps, Be Heard for Crohn’s and Colitis: »

Hello all I still raising donations and awareness for this crucial cause for the walk on June 2012 in CT, please help any way you can. Happy New Year! xo

Learning to deal with my two new autoimmune diseases and what the future will bring to myself and loved ones.

Being bald and wearing wigs (see photos) and suddenly feeling like you don’t know this person in the mirror, your entire identity changes in a way when your entire looks are altered so drastically.

Grateful to Mass General Hospital in Boston.

Grateful to be alive and back home after 2 very scary months in the hospital. Love my partner, parents, brother, nieces, family, friends and animal companions so much and I am so grateful for their love, support and kindness.

Learning that being out of work after teaching for almost 15 years is very difficult, looking forward to going back at least part time at first.

Looking forward to a MUCH healthier New Year 2012!
