#fearLESS Sparks for January 11, 2016 ~ It is essential that we all take the time to appreciate ourselves on a daily basis. Take five minutes in the morning to just thank yourself. As your day goes forward if you are struggling with something take time again to get grounded and remind yourself of how amazing you are. If things go great then celebrate. Embrace the successes and the challenges and honor all the wonderful aspects of you throughout your day. Remember it all starts with you. It’s nice to feel appreciated by others but it is essential to be appreciate by ourselves.
