Living the life

Beautiful post stressing the importance of living in the now. Dr Wu has helped me tremendously from the time I first started attending his Tong Ren class in 2012 up to the present day. Now I go to qi gong, tuina and other wonderful offerings at his center like the tea ceremony and workshops. He teaches me the Tao and many other things. His wisdom is invaluable and his healing exceptional. We work as a team. Teacher and student.

Living the life

Today, Dr. Ming Wu and I were discussing the impact of fear on health. We have been having a continuing conversation about fear and lifestyle and the Tao for more than twenty years. This conversation has been part of my healing journey. Over the last 12 years, I have been diagnosed with three different types of pre-cancer and cancer. Each time, these diagnoses have come with a heavy dose of fear. From my own perspective, I see the current treatments of cancer somewhat like a killing field; cut it out, radiate it and chemo it. If the treatment doesn’t kill you, you may survive.
